Servotel Le Saint-Vincent ****

Our environmental approach

SERVOTEL NICE ****

WE ARE COMMITTED

Our hotel is committed to an environmental policy designed to reduce our impact on the planet. We have put in place a number of concrete actions to reduce our water and energy consumption and limit our waste production.

By staying at the SERVOTEL SAINT-VINCENT ****, you are choosing to spend your holidays in a green setting between the sea and the mountains. The beauty of this place reminds us of the importance and urgency of protecting the environment, which is why we invite you to support us in our approach by adopting simple gestures.

  • Use of biodegradable household products
  • Elimination of individual packaging for shower gels and shampoos
  • Replacement towels on request
  • Installation of water-saving devices and pressure reducers on our taps and showers
  • Local and organic products for breakfast
  • Seasonal ingredients in the kitchen
  • Partnerships with short-distance suppliers and service providers
  • Air conditioning control
  • Use of low-energy light bulbs and LEDS
  • Installation of energy savers and card-operated switches in bedrooms
  • Presence detectors and timers in communal areas

ECO-GESTURES

In order to use water and electricity more sparingly, you can choose not to have your towels and sheets changed every day. You can also tell the housekeeper or reception that you do not want your room cleaned every day.

Electricity and ventilation in the rooms are powered by an energy saver. Please remove your card from this device when you leave your room, and be sure to turn off the air conditioning or heating when your window or bay window is open. Do not leave chargers or batteries plugged in once your appliances have been charged.

We have also installed showers and taps with a flow rate of less than 8 and 9 litres/min respectively, and toilets with a flush rate of less than 6 litres. In addition to these measures, we ask you to be careful not to let the water run unnecessarily, for example when brushing your teeth or shaving.

To ensure that your waste is recycled, we provide selective sorting bins in the ironing room on the 3rd floor.

As far as catering is concerned, we make a point of using seasonal, local and organic ingredients wherever possible. For breakfast, we have chosen to offer an all-you-can-eat buffet, thus combining quality and quantity in our offer. However, we would ask you not to over-serve yourselves in order to avoid any waste.
