What are the check-in and check-out times ?

Check-in time is from 3 pm, check-out time is until midday.

What’s happening in case of a late check-out ?

On request, you will be allowed to stay past midday, upon availability.

What are the breakfast hours ?

Buffet breakfast is served in our restaurant room form 6.30 to 10.00 am from Monday to Friday, and from 7.00 to 11.00 am during the week-end and public holidays. Room service available on request.

What type of breakfast is served ?

For your convenience, we leave you the choice between a buffet breakfast in the restaurant room, a breakfast served in your room, or a takeaway breakfast box.

Is the WiFi connexion available ? Free of charge ?

Yes, the WiFi connexion is available for free in your room and all the common areas of the hotel.

The Servotel Saint-Vincent **** has a carpark ? Free of charge ?

We have a large free carpark at your disposal for light vehicles, an indoor garage is available for 10€ a day. For the buses, trailers, trucks, vans, coaches the rate is 75€ per night.

Is the hotel suitable for famillies with very young children ?

Yes, we can lend you a baby bath, a baby-changing mat, a high chair, a baby cot, and if you need to, we can heat the meal of your baby.

Yes, our hotel is adapted for disabled persons. Please contact us in advance.

Is the Servotel Saint-Vincent **** involved in sustainable development ?

Yes, the management of water is made by taps and showers with flow under 8 and 9 Liters, and toilets with a under 6 liters flush. Moreover, we establish the sorting of rubbish (glass, carboard, paper, plastic, steel and aluminium). Heating and air conditioning are made by reversible pumps, which enables an important electric consumption reduction.

FAMILY STORY

This family story began in 1953, when Vincent SERVELLA transformed his parents’ farm and local shop into a hotel and restaurant, "The Hotel des Moulins."

The adventure continued in 1981 with the creation of the Servotel in Castagniers, followed in 1990 by the "Servotel Residences," a complex featuring 44 bedrooms and 30 apartments.

Driven by her passion for hospitality and customer service, Vincent’s eldest daughter, Sylvie SERVELLA, brought the Servotel Saint Vincent project to life in 2003 in Nice Saint Isidore. She continues to manage the hotel today alongside her husband, Denis CIPPOLINI.

Since its opening, our charming hotel has set itself apart from the standard atmosphere of chain hotels, offering a personalized and warm welcome to all our guests.
